The shop

People mention the smell first. Then Lily.

Walk in off Little Bridge Street and the first thing you notice is the scent: reed diffusers on the sills, fresh towels folded on every bed, pale walls and a mountain mural in soft blue ink. Reviewers keep bringing up that calming scent before they get to the massage.

Then they get to the massage. Lily, who has over 10 years of experience, is the name that comes up again and again for deep tissue and remedial work: strong hands, and she finds the sore spots. One regular with a frozen shoulder now comes in every two weeks.

We speak English and Chinese, and parking is available.

Remedial massage, claimable on the spot.

Bring your health fund card. Remedial sessions are processed through Hicaps at the counter, so you only pay the gap. Book a 45 minute initial consultation for one or two problem areas, or 1 hour 40 for the whole body.

Foot reflexology

Two recliners, a foot bath, and nowhere to be.

The recliner lounge is for feet. Start with a foot bath, then reflexology on the soles and lower legs. Good after a day on your feet, and good to share: the chairs sit side by side.

They did so well, folks. They are very professional and have relieved my shoulder pain, which has been bothering me for a long time due to frozen shoulder. Now I come here every two weeks for a massage by Lili, and she is absolutely excellent!highly recommend.

…After suffering from terrible lower back pain for a couple of weeks, I had a 75 minute deep tissue massage from Lilly and walked out feeling the most relief I'd had in ages. I did flinch a few times when Lilly's strong hands hit those real sore spots but I can truly say, it was the best massage I have had in Ballarat. The atmosphere is lovely and the price is great value. Thank you Lilly, I look forward to my next visit.

Yesterday, my family and I went to the goldfields in Ballarat and were really tired afterwards. On the way back to the motel, we saw this massage shop and went in for foot massages together. The masseurs were very professional, friendly and provided great service. If we ever come back to this city, we will definitely visit again.
